Welcome to Posh & Prissy, a brand inspired by the woman who shaped my confidence and my love for fashion—my grandmother. I’m Lernail Fletcher, a Ph.D. in psychology, a TV personality on Love & Marriage: Huntsville, and now, the proud founder of Posh & Prissy. Growing up, I wasn’t just a girl who loved clothes; I was a girl who loved to shine. My grandmother would often call me "prissy" with a playful, affectionate tone, and those words became the foundation of my self-assurance.

One of my fondest memories as a little girl, between the ages of 4 and 6, is Easter Sunday. I remember slipping on my shiny white patent leather shoes and frilly socks for family photos. With every snapshot, I’d instinctively extend my hand as if holding two delicate teacups, like a little curtsy. My grandmother would smile and exclaim, “Oh, she’s so prissy!” It was in those moments I felt like royalty. Her words gave me a sense of pride and made me embrace my unique flair for style and presentation.

Fashion has always been my creative outlet—a way to express my personality and step into every moment with confidence. My grandmother's words, "so prissy," weren't just about my style; they reflected the unapologetic elegance and self-belief she saw in me.
